Yerevan

Yerevan is the capital of Armenia, the city is located in the northeastern part of the Ararat valley, the population of the city is about a million people. The city is located about 900-1400 meters above sea level. Yerevan has a very ancient history, the city was founded in 782 BC by King Argishti. At that time the city was called Erebuni. The city currently has 12 districts.
